Clockify is a recently released jailbreak tweak that takes the fundamentals of Live Clock, and gives it a modern iOS 5 update. With Clockify you can add a live functioning clock on your Home screen, along with adding world clocks to the Lock screen and Notification Center.

There’s a fairly impressive amount of customization to be had with Clockify, as you’ll no doubt notice in our hands-on video walkthrough inside…

Clockify brings the ability to add different clock faces to the Clock app icon on your Home screen, and will even dynamically change the color of the clock depending on the time of day. The Lock screen and Notification Center world clock capabilities are just extra icing on the cake.

If you’re interested, head over to Cydia’s BigBoss repo where you can download it today for $1.00. Be sure to let us know what you think about it in the comments below.

  • Am I the only one expriencing more springboard crashes ending in safe mode, since I installed this one?

    • Me too

      • Doesn’t anyone have anything original to say?

      • Metroview

Yeah guys anyone say something anything original.

    • I was going to say the same

    • try rebooting from safe mode. sometimes fixes the problem.

    • Same here….:(
It happens suddenly without doing anything…..

    • this happens when you insll apps from pirate repos

    • f96lrs

no i have had a lot

  • it works perfect awesome

  • Mine is working fine! Worth it! 😉

If you have a Theme, this tweak will mess it up big time! Sorry, I pass on this one.

  • Great to have a working clock back… But can it be themed apart from the standard themes that come with it ?

    • It can be themed. Aeycon released a separate package for clockify

  • I also started getting crashes after buying and installing this through Cydia. The dev has to rework his code. It might have to do with the way it interacts with themes.

After I disabled it through mobile substrate, I stopped having crashes — it was a pain: at first I thought it was barrel and/or zephyr but I remembered that I didn’t have crashes with those two before.

All my apps are 100% legitimate; so please no snarky comments about pirated repo apps. My position has always been that if you can’t afford the $1 to $5 needed to pay for apps and support small developers, don’t disrespect them by installing from pirate repos.

    • Yeah he needs to fix the app. I’m having issues with it if the clock app and the newsstand app is in the same home screen page. When I try to invoke the app switcher while news stand is open it crashes the springboard. Even though this is not big a simlple act of opening the app switcher should not crash the phone.

  • looking good…..should have been good enough if it were free for someday…..!!!!

This is one of those awesome tweaks that I have absolutely no problem paying for. This is something that should of been included in iOS to begin with…

It’s a beutiful app the problem is that it keeps crashing Bite SMS, by the way I paid for the app

  • countgrassi

Sadly Clockify keeps freezing my messages+ part of intelliscreen x. Think same happened when I had Bite SMS. So have finally had to remove Clockify – andsince had no problems. I really liked it too (though did use a fair bit of battery life). Any solutions?

  • I just recently upgraded to v1.0.2 and now my lockscreen shows ‘Cupertino’ to the left of the clock instead of ‘Local Time’ like it used to in version 1.0.1, anyone else having these problems?

  • I recently updated to V1.0.2 and now my springboard crashes when I use spotlight, and at other random times. Anyone else having this problem?

I have been waiting such a lovely tweak to replace liveclock for IO5. It is incredibly perfect, thank you.
