Springtomize 2 — hands down the most robust tweak when it comes to customizing your iDevice — just received an update to add native iPad support yesterday.

That update reminded me of one of Springtomize 2's extremely useful, but often overlooked features that helps out immensely with troubleshooting problems.

Like SBSettings, Springtomize 2 contains a "MobileSubstrate Addons" sections that allows you to disable tweaks without having to uninstall them. It's sort of a hidden feature, but we'll show you how to use it in this brief video walkthrough...

If you use the iPod app on your iOS device as much as I do, then you're going to love the new jailbreak tweak: MusicBanners. The tweak, made by popular developer Ryan Petrich, brings your music to iOS 5's notification system.

So what does it do? Essentially, MusicBanners sends you a notification every time a new track comes up on your iPod app. This means that you receive a notification with the track's name, album and cover art after every song change...

This means that you can now run it in full screen mode without having to enable the iPad's 2x mode for iPhone apps.

‘MyAssistant’ Siri Tweak Now Live on Cydia

It's been a good day for Cydia releases. Not long after RingerX VIP was released comes MyAssistant (formerly called MySiri). MyAssistant brings a gang of new customization options to Siri; everything from custom conversations to toggles, Activator events, and more.

MyAssistant is now available on Cydia's BigBoss repo for $0.99, which is fairly cheap considering all of the options. Be sure to read our full walkthrough of the tweak and give it a go.

There are already tons of different ways you can invoke the Twitter panel in iOS 5, and this is just one of the latest methods for doing so.

QuickTweet is a Notification Center shortcut for iOS 5 that places a quick link to the compose tweet function in the bottom left-hand corner. This could be the perfect companion to IntelliScreenX's built-in Messages+ SMS shortcut, because it's situated directly across from it...
