Report: Apple to release 8 products by end of 2012

Sometimes delays are good. Apple is expected to release eight new products during September and October, delayed from an earlier introduction due to production problems, an analyst wrote Friday. Although most consumers know Apple will unleash the iPhone 5 in September, followed by a 7-inch iPad in October, the Cupertino, Calif. firm reportedly may also unveil a new iPod, MacBook Pro and iMac.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities said along with the iPhone 5, September will see a redesigned 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display with an entry price between $1,100 and $1,300. Next month will also see a new iPod touch...

It's one of those feature that seem so painfully obvious, but no one took advantage of the opportunity until now.

Reflection is an app for the Mac that allows you to use AirPlay Mirroring from your iPhone 4S or your iPad 2 directly to your Mac.

In times past, the only way to perform mirroring was via an Apple TV set-top box device. No longer.

As you guys may know, my main job at iDownloadBlog is to create videos for everything from tweak and app reviews, to product reviews. Millions of people have watched our videos, and the amount of subscribers grow each day.

Considering this, my primary editing machine was getting a bit long in the tooth; I needed something to pep it up to keep up with the demand of video tutorials and walkthroughs. I needed a Solid State Drive.

Apple Getting Ready for New Touchscreen iMac

Rumors are floating around the interwebs that Apple might currently be testing a touchscreen display for a future iMac. According to a report by DigiTimes, Sintek Photronics has sent samples of touch panels to Apple for what would be a new touchsreen all-in-one iMac desktop computer.

Now DigiTimes has been wrong so many times before that you can't really tell if this rumor is well funded or not. However, this is not the first time we hear about a possible touchscreen iMac, which will inevitably be released one day or the other...
