Apparently jailbreak developer Ryan Petrich thinks so too. Hence, he has started working on a Notification Center tweak aptly entitled (tentatively at least) CydiaBulletin.

UnlockFX, a jailbreak tweak by Filippo Bigarella we previewed last week, is now available in Cydia. UnlockFX adds unlock animations to your iPhone. This is the perfect tweak for spicing up your lock screen. You can get it on the BigBoss repo for $1.99.
Jay Freeman (known as saurik) has pushed an update for MobileSubstrate that addresses the crashing of jailbreak tweaks from Cydia on the iOS 5.0.1 untether. Coincidentally, RedSn0w was updated this morning with a fix for MobileSubstrate crash errors as well.
