Apple seeking to sue the already bankrupt Kodak

Back in January we ran a story regarding the on-going legal issues between Apple and the 131 year old photography company Kodak. Back then, Kodak intended to file a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple, concerning 4 Kodak owned patents.

Just a little over a month on and the tables have well and truly been turned. According to the Rochester Business Journal, Apple is now seeking permission to file new patent-infringement claims against Eastman Kodak Co. Is This a Photo of the Next iPod Nano?

It seems like it's raining spy shots today. Hot on the heels of the purported iPad 3 photo BGR leaked this morning comes an image of, what several folks are calling, the next iPod nano.

Leading up to Apple's Fall iPhone/iPod event last year, we heard a number of rumors that the next iPod nano would feature a camera. And although the refreshed device never surfaced, it appears that the product still very much exists...

CustomSiriBackground, much like its cousin CustomNCBackground, allows you to add a photograph to Siri's backdrop to spruce it up.

If you've ever used CustomNCBackground, then you know exactly what to expect, as the interface is exactly the same.

For those growing weary of Apple's overuse of the linen background, then this tweak should add some much needed spice to your life.
