With today's release of iOS 14.6 (and other software updates), Apple has welcomed one of the newest features for its credit card, the Apple Card. Apple Card for the family is now here.
Apple Card Family
Apple announced the new family-focused features for Apple Card members at its "Spring Loaded" event in April 2021. Today, the Cupertino technology giant has shared additional information regarding Apple Card Family ahead of its probable launch later this month.
It was rumored not too long ago, but Apple made it officially official today during its Spring Loaded event. Today, the Apple Card introduces family features to the mix.
Back at the beginning of February, Apple seeded the first beta of iOS 14.5 to developers. As is par for the course, new features were discovered soon after. That includes new multi-user account support for the Apple Card.
One of the things the Apple Card was missing at launch is multi-user support, or the ability to have multiple people use the same credit line. But it looks like Apple is looking to change that in the near future.
