We've all been there. You deleted all of your notifications in Notification Center and were hit you with the "No New Notifications" text in bold white letters.

Couldn't Apple have been a bit more creative, or at least a bit more subtle? Do we really need our iPhone to tell us that we have no new notifications when it's already obvious?

By default, Notification Center only displays 4 lines of text in any of your messages. This is okay, but for longer messages like email, it forces you to open the message to read its entire contents.

SemiTether Jailbreak Updated For Stability

The popular SemiTether jailbreak was updated to v0.9.1 this morning, and it's quite the update.

Working with Saurik, the team was able to fully incorporate the new mobile substrate, which allowed them to get rid of the daemon patching and restarting.

Mobile substrate now does all of the heavy lifting when it comes to the SemiTether. There's even an option to patch Safari to work in non-jailbreak mode now.

Perhaps most importantly, the new version of SemiTether will protect your iOS 5 Notification Center plugins...
