Ripple theme gives your Home Screen’s icons a colorful, yet subdued look

If you appreciate Home Screen themes that elevate the aesthetic value of the first thing you see every time you unlock your iPhone, then you may want to consider a new theme called Ripple by Thenatis.

Ripple app icons.

With more than 200 app icons for your Home Screen that are included and ready to go, Ripple provides a soft and visually articulate experience for end users.

I especially like the colors used and the simplicity of the icon designs, which use somewhat of a faded glyph to depict the app each icon represents.

In the event that an app icon you have isn’t supported, you can make free icon requests to the creator via email. The creator will take up to 10 icon requests from each customer along with regular app icon additions of their own, which is hopefully enough to get your entire Home Screen updated to look nice.

As for how long the turnaround time is, the creator says it can take a day, or up to a month, depending on their schedule.

If you’re interested in giving the new Ripple theme a try, then you can purchase it for $1.99 from the Havoc repository via your favorite package manager app.

Ripple can be applied to jailbroken devices by way of SnowBoard or non-jailbroken devices by way of the Shortcuts app.
