CustomFolderIcons can change the app icon and background of any Home Screen folder

Have you ever wanted to change the icon of one or more of your iPhone’s Home Screen folders before? If so, then you’re not alone.

Customize folder icons with CustomFolderIcons.

While folder icons are designed to give users a sneak peek of what’s inside of them, they can all look the same at a glance. But the new and free CustomFolderIcons jailbreak tweak by iOS developer Lizynz can help with that issue.

As shown in the screenshot examples above, CustomFolderIcons can be used to change both the app icon and the actual background of any Home Screen folder to whatever you want.

In this case, an image was picked by the user from their Photo Library to be used as the icon and background of a particular folder. You can, of course, do this for each and every one of your folders to make them more easily distinguishable at a glance.

CustomFolderIcons is available as a free download from Lizynz’s personal repository via your favorite package manager app, and supports jailbroken iOS 13, 14, 15, and 16 devices.

If you’re not already using Lizynz’s personal repository, then you can add it to your package manager app of choice by using the URL provided below:
