‘Hello, Jack! The Kindness Show’ is another kid-friendly series premiering on Apple TV+ November 5

It certainly feels like Apple is putting a concerted effort into bringing as much kid-friendly (and family-friendly) content to Apple TV+ as it can. And today it gets to add yet another to the list. Well, technically this one was confirmed back in May of this year, but now we finally know when kids are finally going to be able to watch it.

Today, Apple announced that its newest kid-friendly series called Hello, Jack! The Kindness Show is set to premiere on Friday, November 5, 2021. The series comes from creator Jack McBrayer (30 Rock), and a veteran of the children’s TV market who is also an author, Angela C. Santomero (Blue’s Clues). Apple describes the upcoming show as a “breakthrough live action series,” aiming to explore kindness through empathy, imagination, playfulness, and humor.

McBrayer is the host of the series, too. In that role, he’ll be primarily speaking to preschoolers with whimsical humor, showing how acts of kindness can make a lasting impact. Markita Prescott (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) and Albert Kong (Westworld) are series regulars as well. Sam Richardson (Veep), Paul Scheer (The League) will be special guest stars. You can check out the trailer below.

From today’s announcement:

Jack inspires kids to solve problems with heart. The series showcases stories where acts of kindness are shown through “The Three C’s” – caring, connecting and cascading – from one person to another. The series also features original songs from the Grammy Award-winning band, OK Go.

The show definitely has some heavy Blue’s Clues vibes, which is certainly not a bad thing considering the target audience. If you have Apple TV+ and preschoolers in your home, will you be checking this one out when it arrives this November?
