Apple has launched its annual back-to-school promotion in the United States, luring students who’d buy eligible products with perks like free AirPods and 10 percent off AppleCare.

- The offer is valid from June 17 until September 27

This promotion is currently available in the United States and Canada.
Apple also runs back-to-school promos in other major markets like the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Those country-specific offers should be live in a few weeks.

Additional savings are available by using the Apple Card’s three percent cashback.
Monthly installments and Apple’s trade-in program can be taken advantage of during the promo. If you buy any of the above Apple products through the US Apple Store for Education from Thursday, June 17 until Monday, September 27, 2021, you’ll be treated to these perks:
- A free pair of AirPods
- 20 percent off AppleCare+ extended warranty
If you’d rather be treated to the AirPods Pro, you can get them at checkout (+$90). You can also get a wireless charging case for your free AirPods (+$40 during checkout).
As for the 20 percent discount on AppleCare+, keep in mind that you can only use AppleCare for the products included in this promotion. To get the 20 percent discount on AppleCare+ extended warranty, be sure to purchase it between now and September 27.
According to the promo terms, new and existing students and faculty can leverage the offer while supplies last. The free AirPods are limited to one qualified purchase per customer.
