Apple Card customers can now get 3% Daily Cash at Panera Bread

Apple Card customers have a new retail option for earning 3% Daily Cash when making purchases, adding to the list of options for the cash back feature.

On Monday, Panera Bread announced that it is now an option for Apple Card customers to earn 3% cash back while using the Apple Card for in-store and online purchases. This actually marks the first expansion to support restaurants for the Apple Card’s 3% Daily Cash deal, and hopefully a sign that future expansions of this nature are in the works.

Panera aims for each guest experience to be simple, easy and fast,” said George Hanson, Panera’s Chief Digital Officer. “More guests than ever are digitizing their wallets and opting for contactless payments as part of our new normal, and Panera wants to be part of that solution. As a brand committed to value, we are excited to be the first restaurant bringing our guests 3% Daily Cash on Apple Card when they purchase their favorite Panera soups, salads and sandwiches.

To get the 3% Daily Cash, Apple Card customers must use the card with Apple Pay. The purchase can be made via Panera Bread’s website, within the restaurant’s official app, or in a physical store.

3% Daily Cash is the highest reward tier for cash back while using the credit card. The Apple Card offers 2% cash back while using the credit card with Apple Pay at any other merchant, and 1% cash back when using the physical Apple Card to make a purchase.

The last expansion for Apple Card’s 3% Daily Cash was at Exxon and Mobile gas stations. You can check out the full list of supported retailers for the highest cash back reward tier just below:
