Ability offers various methods for customizing iOS’ Reachability interface

Your iPhone includes a native feature known as Reachability that makes it easier to operate your device with just one hand. It works by sliding the handset’s interface down to thumb level, making it so that you can tap objects that would typically reside at the very top of your screen.

As useful as Reachability can be, Apple assumes one size fits all and that their out-of-the-box experience will be right for everyone. Fortunately, jailbreakers can now take advantage of a newly released jailbreak tweak called Ability by iOS developer Ethan Whited to tailor the native Reachability interface to your needs.

This tweak adds a numeric percentage to iOS 13’s native volume HUD

One of the things I love most about iOS 13 is the redesigned volume HUD. Instead of planting itself directly in the center of my display, the redesigned interface appears at the left side of the screen near the volume buttons, and collapses after a moment of inactivity to be as discreet as possible.

Despite the undeniable improvements that the iOS 13 volume HUD brought when compared to previous iterations of iOS, you’d be right to assume that the jailbreak community is continuously working on ways to make it better. How to side-load the unc0ver jailbreak with Xcode on macOS

If you rely side-loadable jailbreak tools such as Chimera, Electra, or unc0ver, then it’s important to understand the plethora of ways you can install them on your iPhone or iPad. While methods such as AltStore, Cydia Impactor, and third-party signing services like Ignition and iOS Ninja are some of the most popular, many tend to forget that you can use Apple’s own Xcode development platform on the Mac to accomplish this task.

The Xcode method came in clutch for me countless times when Cydia Impactor stopped working for an extended period and when all the best signing services had been revoked; to make matters worse, my handset's iOS version was too old to run AltStore. With that in mind, we’ll be sharing the Xcode method in this tutorial for fellow jailbreakers that find themselves in similar predicaments down the road.
