Nike on Friday released new Sport Loops and Sport Bands for Apple Watch in three distinct colors: Celestial Teal, Olive Flak and Smokey Mauve. And earlier this week, Apple itself released a (PRODUCT)RED version of the new Sport Loop band.

According to MacRumors, which first spotted the new Nike bands, those wishing to purchase one of these is going to need to sign up for a free NikePlus membership.

The new bands, shown top of post, are available in 40mm and 44mm sizes for Series 4 models but will also fit previous Apple Watch models with 38mm and 42mm measurements. Like Nike’s older Apple Watch bands, the new straps are available exclusively from the Nike webstore and cannot be purchased from Apple.com or in the company’s retail stores.

Wednesday, Apple itself has expanded its own strap options for Apple Watch wearers with the addition of a new PRODUCT(RED) Sport Loop. Priced at $49 a pop, this new band is also available in the new 40mm and 44mm wrist sizes that fit all Apple Watch models.

This is the first time Sport Loop has been made available in PRODUCT(RED).

As noted by MacRumors, the iPhone maker has also discontinued several bands that were in limited supply or only available in either the 38mm or the 42mm size, including Sport Bands in Gray, Pink Sand, Midnight Blue and White; Nike Sport Bands in Pure Platinum/Black, Obsidian/Black and Anthracite/Black; Sport Loops in Seashell, Pink Sand and Black; and the stainless steel Silver Milanese Loop.

The Sport Loop bands feature a hook-and-loop fastener and dense loops on the skin side of the double-layer nylon weave that provide soft cushioning while allowing moisture to escape.
