Apple Regent Street to reopen on October 15

Apple REgent Street reopening OCtober 15

Apple announced today that its flagship Regent Street store in London, England, will reopen on Saturday, October 15, after the company spent more than a year on major interior renovations. The new-look store will preserve the building’s historic look, like before. “We’re making the store you love even lovelier,” reads the Apple Regent Street’s listing on the official Apple Retail website.

New store hours are 10am-9pm on Monday-Friday, 10am-8pm on Saturday and noon-6pm on Sunday.

Architecture firm Foster + Partners has been charged with developing the store’s interior layout according to Jony Ive’s next-generation retail design. Mind you, this is the same firm which architected Apple’s colossal iSpaceship building and Apple Union Square.

The iPhone maker recently stopped using the “Store” titling” for retail locations.
