CC Deseparator Featured

CC Deseparator is an awkwardly named tweak with a great premise: it allows you to remove the separator lines found within the Control Center overlay in iOS 7.

As you might imagine, CC Deseparator is an extremely simple tweak. In fact, the tweak features no settings, options, or other means of configuration; it’s an install and go affair. We’ve shot a video showcasing how CC Deseparator works in action. Take a look inside for the full scoop…

If you’re still at a loss as to what CC Deseparator actually accomplishes, then the comparison screenshot below should make it clear for you. On the left is a screenshot of the modified look with CC Deseparator installed, and on the right is the stock look of Control Center in iOS 7. As you can see, CC Deseparator makes for a cleaner look.

No offense, but the toggles on the top look really ugly. :/

i know right. if i am the creator of the tweak, i would definitely use ios7 icons that can be easily be found online.

      • Mustang5Oh

Weird because those are an option. The ones above are simply another option for the look of the toggles that Jeff obviously prefers.

oh so theres an option.. no offense but. yeah ;)

    • Kerb

So what you’re saying is they fit right in with the theme of iOS 7?

      • Jonathan

No…? How are you getting that info? All I said is that they don’t look nice.

for me. it should be a yes. should be nice to have a tweak that don’t look different to the ui.

    • Framboogle

I believe the word is inconsistent. Maybe if the rest of the toggles were similarly designed, it wouldn’t look too ugly.

am I the only one who actually likes the separator lines?

    • http://www.appcast.fm/ Jeff Benjamin

You shouldn’t notice details like that :)

      • chumawumba

What are you gonna do about it.

  • FrankensteinBlack

Nice, but when will there be a tweak to change Control Center’s blur intensity?

    • http://instagram.com/montolentino Mon Tolentino

      why do you need that?

      • FrankensteinBlack

Google image search “blur nc background” the old iOS tweak. There is no depth to Apple’s iOS 7 cc blur. It might as well not be there. By contrast the dept of field effect on tweaks like Petrich’s FastBlurredNotificationCenter is stunning! Not to mention an intensity slider that lets you know whats actually there.

      • FrankensteinBlack

NCColors is another good one that not only lets you change the blur intensity but its color tint as well. It even has a setting to rotate the color/tint each time NC is pulled down. Let’s hope folks like “PathKiller29″ provide some updates.

i like it better with the separators.

  • CPDigitalDarkroom

Thanks for the feature :) currently working on another tweak along these lines but with a way greater scope and customization.

  • Palani

Any Who knows a tweak to make nc transparrent? Also the other control center?

I beta tested this for the 64 bit 5s because the dev needed a tester and I found him on reddit haha. I can say it’s a simple tweak but the dev is a great guy. Glad to see this showcased on IDB.
