As you use apps on your iPhone or iPad, your App Switcher begins to accumulate a running history of recently used apps in the order you’ve use them. These apps are suspended in a frozen state to make multitasking more efficient, but even suspended apps use some of your handset’s RAM to make relaunching them faster.

iOS automatically manages your device’s memory to ensure smooth operation, but if you’re a RAM nut then you may habitually force-close all your App Switcher’s suspended apps when you finish using your device. QuitAll is a newly released and free jailbreak tweak by iOS developer Dave van Wijk that lets you do this in one fell swoop as opposed to swiping up on each of the App Switcher’s individual app preview cards.

Control Center is one of the interfaces I use the most often on my iPhone, and while I applaud Apple for having an all-in-one command center for toggles and shortcuts, that doesn’t stop me from thinking that the design is beginning to look stale and that it’s a bit light on features.

I was always the sort of person to enable the Battery Percentage option on all of my older iPhones, but since the introduction of notched handsets starting with the iPhone X in 2017, Apple appears to have nixed this feature from all but the non-notched handsets, requiring you to open Control Center to see a numeric battery percentage.

As most would probably infer from the tweak’s rather conspicuous name, RoundedCC gives Control Center a much rounder aesthetic. It replaces much of the interface’s rectangular features and either transforms them into circles or eliminates most of the straight lines.
