T-Mobile Selling iPhone Accessories. Why?

This one is an interesting find by our Engadget friends. Apparently some T-Mobile stores in the US are selling iPhone charging cables. What can that mean? Are they preparing for the T-Mobile iPhone? We've heard our share of rumors about that in the past.

Or maybe they're just trying to provide accessories for iPhone unlockers who make the move to T-Mobile? Your guess is as good as mine.

Upgrade Your Air Hockey App Experience with Table Connect for iPhone

If you have ever tried to play a two-player multi-touch game on your iPhone, then you know how tricky it can be. While it's still fun, and debateably a better experience than the dollar-eating barroom games, you will soon have the opportunity to completely upgrade your multiplayer iPhone game experience.

Enter the coolest iPhone peripheral to date: Table.Connect for iPhone. While still in development, this brilliant idea proposes a beautifully designed table that connects directly to the iPhone via the dock connector. The mockups boast a 58" capacitive multitouch surface, sculpture and design to match the appearance of an iPhone, a power button, a Home button, and a built-in AC power supply...

Unpowered iPhone Speaker Amplifier

Here is one original accessory for your iPhone. It's a speaker amplifier in the shape of a horn.

Best part of it is that it doesn't need any batteries as it takes advantage of the horn to naturally amplify the sound coming out of your speaker by adding up to 12 decibels. That's what the product description says anyway.

You can get this amplifier for $25 from here. More iPhone accessories in our very own store (support the site!).

This is the Best Way to Hold Your iPad

The Hand-E-Holder is the best way to make sure you will never drop your iPad. Ever!

The Hand-e-holder is a simple device that consists of two parts: an adhesive disk applied to the back of your iPad, and a strap that looks vaguely like a biking glove and fits snuggly around your hand. You can then attach the disk to the holder and securely carry the iPad around with a single hand, without any worry about it slipping out of your fingers when you're not paying attention.

Selling at $40, that might not be a bad investment, especially for those of you who move around a lot with your iPad.

Xtand iPhone Dock [Review]

Finding the right way to make the iPhone part of the desktop is important for some of us. Enter the Xtand from JustMobile. While there are plenty of mounts and stands for the iPhone, few of them truly capture the aesthetic functionality blend that makes Apple distinct. The Xtand does just that.

It holds the iPhone landscape or portrait at adjustable angles. The aluminum stand looks very similar to the iMac stand. The stand doesn't block any buttons or connections, gripping perfectly at the four corners of the device. The bottom of the stand features a gripping rubber surface to keep it from moving during use...

Glif – the iPhone Accessory You’ve Been Waiting For

Glif is an upcoming iPhone 4 tripod and mount from the mind’s of Dan Provost and Thomas Gerhardt. Glif’s website describes the product as, “a simple iPhone 4 accessory with two primary functions: mounting your iPhone to a standard tripod, and acting as a kickstand to prop your phone up at an angle.”

The device is a small, L-shaped piece of injection-mold plastic with an embedded tripod mount. Glif locks around the long-sided part of your iPhone and snaps into any standard tripod...

Bumpers Being Sold at Apple Stores Again

I know when Apple announced that they would be handing out free bumpers to anyone who bought an iPhone 4 that the masses would be up in arms over the possibility of Apple deciding to discontinue the case. It wouldn't shock this bruised up author a bit if it came out someday that the cases were made strictly as a bandaid to be given out for the antenna issue.

9 to 5 Mac is reporting that the beloved protective measure is currently being sold at Apple stores. Apple just recently stopped their free case giveaway on September 30th as planned and now plans to turn a profit off of all those pesky freebies...

The Most Disgusting iPhone Charger Ever

This one goes in the weird accessories category pretty well. This new charger by some Japanese artist resembles an umbilical cord. Yeah you know, the connecting cord from a developing fetus to the placenta.

I don't know if I should laugh at it or go take a shower as this creepy iPhone accessory makes me feel dirty, especially the way it squirms. Here, check out this video and have a look for yourself...
