As promised back in February, Dopamine and TrollStore lead developer Lars Fröder (@opa334dev) took the stage at Zer0con 2024, a high-level and closed conference about software security, to discuss a technical deep dive about jailbreaking iOS 16.
The event, which is taking place until Friday April 5th at the Fairmont Ambassador Hotel in Seoul, South Korea, is comprised of an international group of esteemed security researchers who hope to share and consume knowledge to advance security research.
The picture above, first shared by the @POC_Crew X (formerly Twitter) account late last night, is of Fröder behind the podium as he prepares to talk about his efforts to jailbreak iOS 16 and making the Dopamine jailbreak tool.
We aren’t aware of any video feeds to the event, as it wasn’t likely live broadcasted, but it will be interesting to see if the talk makes its way out to a YouTube channel at some point in the future given just how anticipated it has been by the jailbreak community. Should we become aware of one, we’ll add it to this post.
In any case, we love seeing members of our community share their experiences at events like this. It not only inspires people to become jailbreak developers, but it brings the all-encompassing experience to a more personal level.
