Use the GalaxyFonts add-on for MacDirtyCow & kfd to get Android-inspired Lock Screen time fonts

One of the things you can do with the latest Lock Screen customization features in iOS is change the clock display’s font, but you’re limited in terms of the number of fonts you can pick from out do the box.

GalaxyFonts.

A new add-on called GalaxyFonts by iOS developer HackZy that works with both the MacDirtyCow and kfd exploits for iOS 15.0-16.1.2 and 16.0-16.6 beta 1 respectively lets you import Galaxy-inspired fonts to be used with the iPhone’s Lock Screen on iOS 16.

As you can see in the screenshot examples posted above, the different fonts vary from those offered by Apple out of the box, enabling you to keep an Apple-esque Lock Screen while incorporating Android-style fonts that make your device stand out from the crowd.

GalaxyFonts doesn’t require a jailbreak to use, but it’s worth noting that you can still use it even if you are jailbroken. MacDirtyCow and kfd exploit-based add-ons like this one even work with Apple’s latest devices, as long as the firmware version is supported.

Just like most MacDirtyCow and kfd exploit-based add-ons available these days, GalaxyFonts can be had for free from the Misaka package manager app. We show you how to install and use Misaka in our full walkthrough post.
