Saige examples.

Saige isn’t a new theme, but a recent update was published to the Havoc repository that introduces even more icons to its glyph set — one of five slick configurations that users can pick from.

One quick glance at the screenshots of this theme and you can see why it’s a popular choice among Home Screen customizers. The icons scream color while maintaining a hint of simplicity that feels just right.

Citing the depiction page, Saige provides more than 2,500 icons in total, and includes five different theme configurations, shown above, to include:

  • Saige original
  • Saige invert
  • Saige glyphs
  • Saige dark
  • Saige light

The creator says that they update Saige on a nearly weekly basis with more app icons and welcomes requests from users who want to see more of their favorite app icons supported.

Saige can be used on jailbroken devices by way of the SnowBoard theming engine, or on non-jailbroken devices by way of the Shortcuts app.
