iConnect improves the experience of multitasking while messaging others on your pwned iPhone

If you’ve ever went to use your iPhone to contact one of your friends or family members, and wished that there was an easier way to do it, then you might come to appreciate the likes of a new jailbreak tweak called iConnect by Hyperixa.

iConnect makes it easier to keep in touch with your loved ones without having to leave the interface you’re already in to do so. While you can already reply from notifications on a stock device, iConnect offers more advanced functionality you won’t find out of the box.

iConnect graces you with a floating button that you can move around at your leisure. When tapped, you can access your messaging interface, allowing you to interact with all your conversations — they behave the same as they would in the Messages app.

Specific conversations can be pinned in the iConnect interface just as they can in the Messages app. What’s more is you can colorize and configure the interface to suit your needs, all of which can be done from the dedicated preference pane found in the Hyperixa app:

Here, you can:

• Toggle iConnect on or off on demand
• Configure modal styles
• Configure pinned styles
• And adjust coloring to your tastes

In the modal styles, users can choose from compact or full-screen mode. In the pinned styles, users can choose between having message bubbles at the top or button of the pinned conversation avatar:

Lastly, users can also configure colors:

Colorization options include:

• Enable or disable custom colors
• Choose an accent color
• Choose a background color
• Choose a title color
• Choose a pinned bubble color
• Choose a pinned bubble text color
• Choose a name color
• Choose an unread color
• Choose a message text color
• Choose a time text color
• Choose a chevron color
• Choose a selection highlight color
• Choose a floating button color
• Choose a floating button icon color

While you can certainly get away with the native messaging system on iPhones, iConnect brings a lot of convenience to the common behavior or texting someone at the same time as doing something else. This is because you can interact with conversations without having to move from one app to another.

If you’re interested in giving iConnect a try, then you can grab it for free from the Hyperixa repository via your favorite package manager app. Further, we should add that the tweak only supports jailbroken iOS 14 devices.

Those not already taking advantage of the Hyperixa repository can add it to their package manager app by using the URL provided below:
