Apple TV+ shares a trailer for new episodes of the family-friendly ‘Ghostwriter’

A family-friendly series about kids trying to solve a mystery while an unruly ghost brings fictional characters from classic novels to life? If that sounds right up your alley (especially if you’re suffering from cabin fever these days), then Ghostwriter might be just right for you.

Ghostwriter is actually a launch series for Apple TV+, so it’s been around since day one. And now, months later, Apple is showcasing “the next chapter” as new episodes launch on the company’s video streaming service. It’s more of the same deal, of course, with a group of four kids trying to deal with a ghost that’s bringing characters from books to life. The goal: to discover the ghost’s unfinished business.

Here’s Apple’s official description of the series:

When a ghost haunts a neighborhood bookstore and starts releasing fictional characters into the real world, four kids must team up to solve an exciting mystery surrounding the ghost’s unfinished business.

You can check out new episodes of Ghostwriter right now. But before you do, make sure to check out the trailer below.

This still looks like a pretty interesting family-friendly series, which is probably a perfect option these days with kids and parents stuck inside due to the ongoing health crisis. I haven’t checked it out myself just yet, but the cast remains pretty solid, and the idea is fun.
