ColorfulNotifs makes iOS’ notification banners more colorful

If you’re enjoying the perks of having a jailbroken iOS 13 device thanks to checkra1n or unc0ver and you’re looking for something to get you started in the interface customization department, then one thing you might want to check out is a newly released and free jailbreak tweak dubbed ColorfulNotifs by iOS developer neoney.

As you may have inferred already from the tweak’s somewhat conspicuous name, ColorfulNotifs applies custom color schemes to your handset’s incoming notification banners.

In the screenshot examples above, you can see several examples of ColorfulNotifs at work. The tweak takes the dominant color from the application icon in the banner notification and then applies it to the banner itself. For example, the Facebook notification banner appears dark blue, while the YouTube notification banner appears red and the Snapchat notification banner appears yellow. The list goes on…

ColorfulNotifs doesn’t have any options to configure because the tweak handles its color selections automatically. If you would ever want to revert to native notification colors, then you’d need to uninstall the tweak from your device.

Those interested in trying ColorfulNotifs can download the tweak for free from the Packix repository via their preferred package manager. The tweak supports all jailbroken iOS 13 devices.
