Apple is moving ahead with the latest developer beta for macOS Mojave.

On Monday, Apple officially seeded the fifth beta of macOS Mojave 10.14.6 to developers. The new software is minor in scale, adding no new major features to the mix. Instead, the new software is meant to primarily address and fix any lingering issues behind-the-scenes. Performance improvements are also part of the mix.

To update to the latest macOS Mojave beta, registered developers simply need to open the System Preferences app –> Software Update and follow the onscreen instructions.

However, if there are any additional features added to the latest developer beta, we will update this post accordingly.

Looking ahead, macOS Catalina is the next major update for Apple’s desktop operating system. That update, which is scheduled to launch this fall, will add a variety of new features to the mix.
