Apple Pay has transformed our industry by enabling customers to pay using their favorite Apple devices. With contactless sweeping the US in 2019, we look forward to hearing from Jennifer about the latest mobile payments news and how Apple is creating new consumer experiences.

Apple Pay launched in 2014 and is supported across the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac devices. The secure mobile payments feature is currently supported in 26 markets worldwide with over 5,200 banking partners. And with a peer-to-peer feature called Apple Pay Cash, people can make personal payments to one another through the Messages app.

Apple Pay support extends to the Wallet app for loyalty programs and contactless student ID cards at Duke, the University of Oklahoma and the University of Alabama. The Wallet app even lets you take public transit in 12 cities worldwide, like Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai and London.
