Apple has just released a new version of iTunes. This is a third update to the company’s desktop jukebox application in less than two weeks.

iTunes 11.2.2 is now available through your Mac’s Software Update, offering several stability improvements and fixing a bug related to the software’s handling of podcasts.

The update is recommended for all iTunes users and should be now available for Mac and Windows via the Mac App Store’s Updates tab or as a standalone download via Apple’s website

According to release notes:

This update fixes a problem where certain podcast episodes may download unexpectedly after upgrading and includes several stability improvements.

The update arrives twelve days following iTunes 11.2.1, which fixed a problem with the software hiding the Users folder on OS X Mavericks 10.9.3 systems.

iTunes 11.2 was released on May 15, bringing new features like improved podcast support while delivering fixes to the annoying Genius unresponsiveness and more.

Perhaps a placebo effect but it really does seem more stable…

    EDIT: Nope! Still really sluggish…

How can the podcast section STILL be sluggish? I don’t get it. What the hell are they (not) doing over there.

I cannot read some itunes store songs that i buy! I have bought Lindsey Stirling Shatter me, and I cannot read 3 tunes on the album, with my windows computer (it is the second computer out of 5 with my account)

    What is the problem??

Also whenever I want to listen to a song, it ask me to erase the “next songs” that are programmed or something like that..

What is that?!?!?! Did you make a new version of Itunes to make more bugs or what?!?!?!
