Absinthe 2.0.1 now available to address bugs [Updated]

The Chronic Dev Team just pushed Absinthe 2.0.1 for Mac, Windows, and Linux. This release contains fixes for a small subset of bugs.

According to @pimskeks, version 2.0.1 is for “fixing a hang that could occur in certain situations.”

It’s advisable that you download the latest version of Absinthe from our downloads page if you plan on jailbreaking your iOS 5.1.1 device…

 

Have you tried Absinthe 2.0.1 yet? Have you noticed any differences?

    hi. Need help from you smarter more experienced people. I have the 4s and jailbroke back in November. Recently restored settings to update to 5.1.1. jailbroke agian and now i am having some rather annoying problems with Absinthe 2.0 including phone freezing up after almost every call. going in to safe mode multiple times a day and literally spits out the audio from my television if it freezes afte the end of a call. Wuld appreciate any direction, suggestion, or thoughts.

    Did they fix the bug in 2.0 where your phone would be reset and your messages, phone, safari apps would disappear when first tapping on cydia and installing all the crap that comes with it?
