iOS 13.1 and iPadOS will launch on September 24

Today is Update Day -- at least for iOS 13 and watchOS 6. iPadOS is a holdout, along with macOS Catalina (and tvOS 13 so far). And it turns out we will have to wait a little under a week before we see iPadOS arrive for the tablet lineup.
