TaiG is a new jailbreak for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch running iOS 8 to iOS 8.4. First released on November 29, 2014 by a team of Chinese hackers about which we don’t know much, TaiG is currently the best option to jailbreak iOS 8.4.

Note that there currently is no Mac version of TaiG. We will update this page if/when a Mac version of TaiG is available for download.
Software compatibility: TaiG is currently compatible with all iOS 8 versions all the way up to iOS 8.4, including iOS 8.0.2, iOS 8.1, and iOS 8.1.1, iOS 8.2, and iOS 8.3.
Device compatibility: TaiG works with the most recent iPhone models, including iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s. As far as iPad compatibility is concerned, TaiG works with iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad mini. iPod touch 5G is the only iPod touch compatible with TaiG.
