We enter the fall semester at Hogwarts during the same time. Today’s iDB Wallpapers of the Week offer a character study, if you will, of minimally illustrated Harry Potter inspired backgrounds. Offered, is a small selection of wallpapers featuring Harry Potter, Hermoine Granger, Ronald Weasley, and Rubeus Hagrid.

Capturing the whimsy of the series, these generated and illustrated Harry Potter wallpapers highlight a minimal character portrait that make for a perfect Lock Screen during this time of year. Perhaps skeletons, spiders, and horror are more specifically “Halloween,” but the fantasy and wonder of the Wizarding World is always a great way to capture the imagination.
Of the collection, my favorite is featured last. The simple Harry Potter eyeglasses frame logo with the lightning bolt is the minimal, yet instantly iconic design, great for a Lock Screen. Combined with a slightly larger iOS 26 clock and a matching red font color makes for a great combination. As for the remaining images, ensure you set the characters size appropriately on the Lock Screen by pinching the canvas when setting as background, to ensure you still have space for the clock or additional widgets.
