With another Sunday comes another iDownloadBlog Wallpapers of the Week. Every post you can expect incredible, photo quality backgrounds for your favorite Apple devices. In this week’s collection you can find seasonally appropriate autumn gradient wallpapers for iPhone. Take the rich colors of a chilly season and carefully swirl them into minimalist downloads.
Autumn gradient wallpaper
The minimalist, gradient wallpaper is one of the most popular styles in our gallery. @BasicAppleGuy created the following autumnal collection, with inspiration from the season, assuming you are one of our northern hemisphere readers.
As regular readers might assume, the Aurora option, with its rich purple and blue, would be my favorite in the collection; however, I’m very drawn to the Fire Licked design. The gradient from dark orange to black is apt for the name and almost looks like an out of focus wisp of flame. I’m not a Face ID sensor or Dynamic Island hater, in fact I quite enjoy them both, but the black part of the Fire Licked wallpaper does a great job of hiding the pill sensor location.
While I’m on the topic, I quite appreciate all of the little ways Dynamic Island makes quick actions possible. For example, I noticed in iOS 17 even the Flashlight now shows up in Dynamic Island to quickly turn it off. The flashlight might be something you would be using, during an autumn Fire Licked camping trip.
