Every Sunday the iDB Wallpapers of the Week brings you photo quality images straight to your iPhone, iPad, or desktop. Bringing a flash of smooth colors, gradient backgrounds are perfect for Home or Lock screens, giving way to the information presented, be it the clocks, widgets, or icons. These swirling colors make for incredible options.
Circular gradient wallpaper swirls for iPhone
Our featured artist today is by @jianoliu, who regularly posts incredible wallpapers on X and Telegram. Of all the different types of created wallpaper images, I prefer a gradient, mostly for the simplicity. Additionally, a multicolored gradient goes with a lot of different themes, given the number of colors included. And, I often pair my wallpaper with my iPhone case color, if I happen to be using a case, preferring mostly to go naked.
My favorite of the below five wallpaper collection is listed second. If you are a regular iDB Wallpapers of the Week fan, you may be able to guess my reasoning. Purple has been one of my favorite colors, really since nabbing the M1 iMac in Purple. This is followed closely by the Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro Max and a custom pair of AirPods Pro that were custom painted in purple by Colorware.
The swirling purple orbs make way to a light, almost “Carolina,” blue hue. It showcases both the rich dark color and the highlights of the blue colorway.
