Just under two weeks ago, we showed you a project called Picasso that was made to bring Cowabunga-like systemwide customization to devices susceptible to the kfd exploit — namely arm64e devices running iOS & iPadOS 16.0-16.6 beta 1. Today, Picasso received a major update.
Picasso lead developer sourcelocation shared a post on X Friday morning sharing that version 2.0 of the project was being released as not only a major rewrite, but also with a significant amount of new features and improvements.
Citing the post, the rewritten version of Picasso maintains the key features of the initial release, however the rewrite brings improved efficiency in addition to performance.
Picasso lends users a full tweak editor, the ability to enable Dynamic Island on any device, the ability to customize the Dock, folders, Control Center background, and notifications, and colorize the systemwide user interface, among other things.

If you’re already using an older version of the Picasso app, then all you need to do to update is sideload the latest version.
Picasso doesn’t require a jailbreak to take advantage of, which is particularly unique as many of the customizations would traditionally necessitate the use of jailbreak tweaks.
