Havoc repository adds new label to themes that displays the number of supported icons

The Havoc repository continues to refine its user experience, this time pertaining to themes and making it easier for users to ascertain exactly how many app icons they get in a single package.

Havoc repository announced that supported icon count will be added to theme depiction pages.

The Havoc repository took to Twitter Friday morning to announce a new feature that shows the number of app icons currently supported by any given theme.

As you can see in the screenshot example above, the number of supported icons now appears between the category and iOS compatibility labels under the price, making it so users don’t need to navigate the depiction text to know if they’re getting a good deal or not.

As you may already know, many themes are paid packages, and some offer more included app icons than others and sometimes at the same or a lower price. While value is always in the eye of the beholder, users ultimately discern whether the appearance of a theme is worth the cost, while the number of supported app icons can be a deciding factor since users want their theming experience to cover their entire Home Screen and not only a few patches of it.

Having said that, we’re very excited about Havoc’s latest move as it will make important information for users easier to find at a glance.

It’s worth noting that the Havoc repository hosts themes that support not just jailbroken devices by way of SnowBoard, but also non-jailbroken devices by way of the Shortcuts app.
