Nobody likes it when their iPhone gets stolen, either by pranksters or actual thieves, and while Apple’s Find My app can certainly help you track it down, it’s limited in its feature-centric capacity.
iOS developer Elias Sfeir knows this, and that’s why he spent the time to make a popular jailbreak tweak known as No2Theft. Today, we’re excited to share that No2Theft4 — the fourth iteration of this handy anti-theft extension — is now available for all pwned iOS 12-14 devices.
Just like all the previous iterations of No2Theft, the No2Theft4 tweak brings powerful anti-theft features to the iOS platform.
Once installed, No2Theft4 adds a dedicated preference pane to the Settings app where users can configure the tweak however they want:

- Enable an alarm that fires when your handset gets disconnected from a power source
- Enable an alarm that fires when your passcode gets entering incorrectly
- Take a photo with the front-facing camera whenever an alarm fires
- Send your device’s current location to your phone number or email whenever an alarm fires
- Prevent the device from being turned off when the alarm is firing
- Configure extra options:
- Enable Low Power Mode
- Enable cellular data
- Enable location tracking to send to your email and SMS number
- Choose the alarm sound you wish to use for failed passcode attempts
- Configure photo quality
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Highest
- Choose the number of allowed incorrect passcode attempts before the alarm fires
- Enter the preferred countdown time in seconds
- Enable and configure a custom PIN that can be used to disable the alarm as it fires
- Enable and configure the preferred phone number to send SMS to (up to 2)
- Enable and configure remote commands to send via SMS (up to 2)
- Enable and configure the preferred email to send alerts to (up to 2)
- Enable and configure safe Wi-Fi networks where the alarm will never fire (up to 5)

One of my favorite things about No2Theft4 is that it can capture a photograph of the user and send it to me via email or text message. This feature lets me know who has my device, and combined with the location tracking feature, helps me determine where I need to go to look for my handset in the event that it gets taken from me.
No2Theft4 can also auto-enable cellular data and Low Power Mode in the event that the alarm fires, so if someone tries to turn on Airplane Mode to be slick, you can secretly enable data after failed passcode attempts to continue tracking your device and rely on Low Power Mode to keep your lost device alive for longer.
