There is a growing trend in digital user interfaces toward less harsh elements. This neumorphism iPhone wallpaper pack celebrates this future tendency.
Neumorphism represents a combination in skeuomorphic, realistic, and flat design elements. These wallpapers showcase downloadable examples of this new graphic movement that is popping up among digital artists. The pack includes cool mints, dark grey, and soft whites.
Neumorphism wallpapers for iPhone
The softer design language is much less harsh than implemented by Apple in iOS 7, but still very far from skeuomorphic implementations, which seeks to replicate real world textures in a digital space. Neumorphism is becoming a popular soft interface design choice with many clever examples on Dribbble, but may never become mainstream.
This graphic representation is so new, there are still discrepancies about how to even spell the adjective, “neumorphism” vs “neuomorphism.”
I placed a call via @jim_gresham, where I curate the iDownloadBlog Wallpapers of the Week, for a set of neumorphic inspired wallpapers. @Arthur1992aS and @iSpazio answered with the following images. The first, by @Arthur1992aS, offer variations in mint and magenta. @iSpazio took the chance to dress up the official Apple logo with several variations. My thanks to them for submitting! Give them a quick follow for a regular selection of their original downloads.
