Nomad introduced a new Base Station Apple Watch Edition charging pad today that allows you to charge up to three devices at once, including of course your Apple Watch and iPhone.
The Base Station for Apple Watch features three Qi-certified coils delivering 7.5W each, and a built-in MFi-certified Apple Watch charger. In doing so, it creates what Nomad calls a “frictionless charging experience.”
According to the company, the Base Station Apple Watch Edition is ideally suited to charge one Apple Watch and one Qi-certified phone at the same time. This would include the iPhone X, iPhone 8/8 Plus, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR.
Other notable features include:
- Padded leather wireless charging surface with an aluminum body
- LED charging indicators
- Ambient light sensor dims LED at night
- Support for Nightstand mode
- EU and UK charing adapters included
I’ve used Nomad products for many years and can’t wait to check out the new Base Station Apple Watch Edition. With Apple’s AirPower still missing in action, perhaps this is the all-in-one charge to get.
