The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max officially arrive in 30 countries and territories today, Sept. 21. For those who pre-ordered a device, today was supposed to feel like Christmas. Unfortunately, some early buyers have reported receiving notices saying their shipments have been delayed.
On various websites over the past few hours, buyers worldwide have been complaining about possible delays. Some say deliveries that were supposed to be delivered today aren’t going to arrive until Monday, Sept. 24.
In the United States, it seems logistical issues with UPS are to blame, although buyers overseas are reporting similar problems.

Luckily, since the first reports went out, some buyers have said shipments dates have returned to the 21st.
