Google Voice App Updated to Include Support for iPod Touch and iPad

The official Google Voice app has just received an update to bring support for iPod Touch and iPad. Now some of you may ask: “How is this possible considering that these devices are not tied to cellular networks?”

Google has implemented a new service called Click2Call. It works by calling one of your registered phones first before you can make the call. Although it would probably be easier just to call from that phone in the first place, it’s nice to see Google making improvements on their apps…

You can download the Google Voice app in the App Store for free.
