Apple continues to expand their reach with iTunes Match, launching in 19 more countries today with a focus on the Baltic states, Latin America, and the Netherlands. Today’s launch of new territory brings a total of 37 countries that Apple now has their cloud music service available in.

As you can see in the full list of available areas Apple has published, today’s additions are Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Guatemala, Honduras, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and Venezuela.

The South American countries Apple has added have already had the iTunes in the Cloud functionality for weeks now, but today received the full features of iTunes Match. Matching respected currencies, Apple will remain with their $24.99 a year pricing across all of these countries.

    The Link is dead!

  • I absolutely love iTunes match. I have a pretty big library, and that includes quite a few mixtapes or albums that are not for sale. A few days ago my hard drive broke, and when I got my new computer I was dreading the process of restoring my library, but when I put my apple ID into iTunes… BOOM my whole collection was right there! I just clicked download and all my music came running back to me.
    $25 well spent.

  • I honestly don’t even know what the hell iTunes Match is. I just assume it is some more worthless shit like Ping and FaceTime.

    • I thought the same thing, but believe me it’s far from that.
Just read/watch videos about it and you will understand why it’s very useful especially for traveler/hardcoreUsers/multipleMachines.

One of the awesome features is that You can upload your music (ripped, purchased even pirated) and if the song is not on iTunes library database you will upload it to your cloud and if iTunes has a match for it, you will be able to download it from any device you want.(iTunes Quality ).

I just subscribed today after having a brief information about it. And man I have saved a lot of space.
