In his resignation letter, Steve wrote, "I believe Apple’s brightest and most innovative days are ahead of it." Investors seem to agree...

The 5 Stages of iPhone 4S Grief

The iPhone 4S is a disappointment to a few people. Some go as far as saying the iPhone 4S sucks! Realistically, and like Alex sarcastically pointed out in his post this morning, I think they're just disappointed at the fact that it's called iPhone 4S and not iPhone 5, and that of course, it uses the same old design as the iPhone 4.

It might be hard for some of you to accept this, and for that reason, Sam Pratt came up with a simple infographic showing the 5 different stages of iPhone 4S grief...

Siri Assistant is Dead! Long Live Siri!

Siri Assistant isn't new. The app officially launched in the App Store back in 2010. Shortly after that, Apple bought the company behind it, but kept the app alive in the App Store. But with integration of Siri into the iPhone 4S, what will happen to the app?

Well, it will go away. The app has already been pulled from the App Store, and a goodbye message appears when you launch the app now...

And the pissing contest between Samsung and Apple continues. This time, the Korean electronics giant filed requests for preliminary injunction in France and Italy, citing two patent infringements related to wireless telecommunications technology, specifically Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) standards for 3G mobile handsets.

The goal of this legal operation? Blocking the iPhone 4S sales in those two countries...
