“Mistfall” is the creative work of @paperoidd, also known as HeathX, on X. The account regularly posts impressive wallpapers for mobile devices, particularly iPhone.
The dewy collection features images of lush, green scenery covered in a misty collection of water droplets. My favorite of the collection is featured first. The iPhone wallpaper depicts a misty mountainous ravine, with a stream flowing through the center. Fog hangs in the air above the stream, over emphasizing the valley depth between the mountains and the height of the peaks.
Each image should make for a great Lock Screen image, especially on the new iOS 26. At the top of each misty image is space for the new clock widget, which can be made larger or smaller depending on the subject matter.
For even more customization, match the clock color to the blue-green-aqua ambiance of each download in the set below. Update the Lock Screen color by tap-holding on the background, then tap the Clock, and use the color slider to pick a color that suits the image.
