Apple on Monday seeded the second beta of iOS 9.3 to developers. The software is available to registered developers either over-the-air, for those running the latest iOS beta, or via Apple’s developer website. Today's release comes two weeks after the original 9.3 beta, and more than a month after iOS 9.2 became publicly available.

As Gizmodo explains, the aptly named website CrashSafari.com uses just four lines of code to crash Safari for iOS and OS X by running a script which adds thousands of characters per second into the address bar, causing Safari to overload its memory.

Apple is preparing to launch a new 4-inch iPhone this spring, reports 9to5Mac. The oft-accurate Mark Gurman claims he has it on good authority that the device, codenamed N69, will publicly be called the "iPhone 5se," and should begin shipping by March or April.
