Many Android handsets offer an ounce of haptic feedback when you perform certain actions on the device, but haptic feedback is somewhat minimal on the iOS platform – mostly limited to when using 3D Touch.
If you have a jailbroken iPhone and are looking to receive more haptic feedback from various actions, then you might enjoy a new jailbreak tweak dubbed Vibrato by iOS developer Synnyg. This tweak can enable haptic feedback for nearly anything that you do.
I use my iPhone’s rear-facing LED flash as a flashlight all the time for various tasks, but I’ll be the first to admit that Apple could and should come up with a more intuitive way of toggling it on or off. In some cases, using a software button to toggle the flashlight just isn’t good enough, such as when you have wet or dirty hands.

A large part of Apple’s business model involves Apple Music, and so it’s no surprise that the company spend a lot of its time refining the music experience on its mobile devices. That aside, Apple could do more, and those who agree might enjoy a new jailbreak tweak release called MusicArtwork by iOS developer Cole Cabral.

Shortly after dropping unc0ver v3.0.0 beta 47 during Apple’s special event on Monday, hacker and unc0ver lead developer Pwn20wnd followed up with yet another release – unc0ver v3.0.0 beta 48 – which purportedly incorporates more bug fixes and improvements.

Whenever you copy or cut something on your iPhone or iPad, it gets stored in what’s called the Clipboard such that it can be pasted elsewhere in the future. By default, iOS only lets you store one item in the Clipboard at a time, but a new Clipboard manager jailbreak tweak called CopyLog by iOS developer TomT000 changes this to make copying and pasting several items so much easier.
Citing the developer, CopyLog’s user interface has been hugely inspired by the popular Mac app Paste, and enables you to keep track of numerous Clipboard items. What’s more is CopyLog lets you favorite certain Clipboard items, which helps you save them for easy access later.
The iPhone’s stock Lock screen is as barebones as can be, and while some people love the minimalistic look, others with Apple would make better use of the available screen real estate. Those in the latter boat, much like myself, will come to appreciate a new jailbreak tweak called Centurion by iOS developer maximehip.
Centurion is essentially a new widget that appears just below the date and time on the Lock screen with an informative view regarding current/upcoming events and the number of missed notifications for some of your favorite apps.
