If you’re of the curious variety who likes to know more about how they use their device, then you might take an interest in a new jailbreak tweak called Statix by iOS developer SouthernGirlWhoCode.
Statix is a tweak that provides a summary of SpringBoard-esque statistics such as the following:
- How many system apps you have installed
- How many user apps you have installed
- How many folders you have
- How many apps you have in the Dock
- How many widgets you have
- How many web clips you have
- What app you most recently opened
- What folder you most recently opened
- The last time you edited your Home Screen
- How many hidden apps you’ve moved to the App Library
- How many apps on each page
- How many widgets on each page
- How many folders on each page
- How many web clips on each page
- And more…
As shown in the video example embedded above, Statix provides this information in an aesthetically-pleasing manner as to make the information easy to digest to the human eye. With that in mind, it delivers important information in a productive way.
Statix is invoked from just about anywhere on the Home Screen by using a double-tap either on the wallpaper or on the Dock. It’s also worth noting that the user interface can be colorized to suit your preference.
If you’re interested in giving Statix a try, then you can purchase it for $2.50 from the developer’s Gumroad page. The tweak supports jailbroken devices running iOS 14, 15, and 16, including rootless jailbreaks such as Dopamine and palera1n.
