Apple seeds third RC version of macOS Big Sur 11.2 to developers

We’re nearing the public launch of the next update for macOS Big Sur, with Apple seeding the newest Release Candidate version of the desktop OS.

Late in the day on Thursday, Apple seeded the third Release Candidate (RC) for macOS Big Sur 11.2 to developers. However, we still don’t know when, exactly, the new software will launch.

Registered developers can download and install the newest RC version for macOS Big Sur via the System Preferences app. The proper configuration profile must be installed on all supported device(s), of course.
