Jailbreak tweaks of the week: FreePIP, Emerald, KBAppDock, & more…

There have been a lot of head-turning jailbreak tweak releases lately, and if you have a pwned iOS or iPadOS 13 or 14 device at your disposal, then you’ve likely taken notice.

Today, we’ll be sharing a comprehensive roundup of all the latest jailbreak tweak releases and jailbreak-oriented news in an effort to help keep the community apprised of all the newest developments. As usual, we’ll kick things off by talking about our favorite tidbits, and then we’ll wrap things up with an outline of everything else at the end.

Whether you’re new to jailbreaking, or you’re a jailbreaking veteran simply looking to catch up on all the latest releases, you’ve come to the right place. So without further ado, let’s get started:

Our favorite releases this week

FreePIP – FREE

FreePIP is a free jailbreak tweak that permits users to do so much more with iOS’ native Picture in Picture mini player.

From using a pinch-to-zoom gesture to make the interface smaller or larger to enabling or disabling auto-snapping to certain parts of the screen, it’s an ideal way to achieve better command over the interface when attempting to multitask.

Emerald – $2.99

Emerald is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most original and intriguing jailbreak tweak releases we’ve witnessed during the past couple of months.

This tweak provides users with an augmented Status Bar user experience, complete with Pills and Widgets that hide away into the Status Bar and provide pertinent information when needed.

KBAppDock – FREE

KBAppDock is another honorable mention from this week’s slew of new jailbreak tweak releases, and not just because it’s unique, but because it’s useful.

Once installed, the tweak lets users fill all that wasted space at the bottom of the keyboard on notched handsets with their favorite app or utility shortcut buttons. These can be selected by the end user, enabling a hyper-personalized user experience for everyone.
