Apple Fitness+ instructors are hyping their workouts ahead of launch before the end of 2020

Apple unveiled Fitness+ earlier this year, and said it would launch before the end of 2020. That date is rapidly approaching, and now the instructors are hyping things up.

As noted by 9to5Mac over the weekend, many instructors that will be offering their workouts and exercises on Fitness+ are using Instagram to hype up the upcoming service’s launch. The instructors and fitness enthusiasts have been publishing their teases throughout the course of the last week. As expected, they are excited about getting their workouts out there for the public to take advantage of, and many of them are using hashtags like #AppleFitnessPlus and/or #CloseYourRings.

Fitness+ is probably going to launch pretty soon. Unfortunately, none of the hype posts from the instructors include a release date. Still, there’s no reason to think it shouldn’t be soon, especially if Apple plans on keeping its initial release window. Still, it’s always possible things get delayed, so we’ll just have to wait and see.

As it stands right now, Apple’s most recent betas for watchOS 7.2 and iOS 14.3 included references to Fitness+, suggesting when those updates release the new service will launch, too.

Instructors like Bakari Williams, latin dance teacher Jhon Gonzalez, strength trainer Betina Gozo, and trainer Emily Fayette have all been hyping the impending launch. You can check out others down below.

When Fitness+ does arrive, it will feature new workouts every week. There will be a variety of exercises to choose from, including rowing, cycling, dance, yoga, treadmill walk and/or run, HIIT, mindful cooldown, strength, and many others. It will work in the home or at the gym (on supported equipment), and it will rely mostly on the Apple Watch to track the crucial details of your exercise, including heart rate, exercise minutes, calories burned, and more.

Apple is offering a month free for current Apple Watch owners, and will give out three months free to anyone who buys a new Apple Watch after the service launches. Once the free trial(s) end, Fitness+ will cost $9.99 per month or $79.99 for a year’s worth of service. Fitness+ can be shared with Family Share as well, so up to five additional family members can use the service when it arrives.

It is also offered in the Premier package of Apple One, the company’s bundle option. It retails for $29.95 per month and it includes Fitness+, Apple Arcade, Apple Music, Apple TV+, 2TB of iCloud storage, and Apple News+.
