Jailbreak tweaks of the week: Boardy, iPadSwitcher, JBStatusNotifier, & more…

The jailbreak community has been filled with all kinds of interesting news recently, with the release of a new iOS 13.5.1-13.7-facing exploit and further updates to popular jailbreak tools like Odyssey to support it. But perhaps the most exciting thing about all of this is the jailbreak tweak side of things — the meat and potatoes that makes jailbreaking worth it.

In this roundup, we’ll talk about all the latest jailbreak tweak releases in one convenient place so that you won’t have to bother searching for all of it yourself. This roundup will encompass all the latest jailbreak tweak releases between Monday, November 23rd and Sunday, November 29th. So without further ado, let’s get started!

Our favorite releases this week

Boardy – $1.99

Boardy is a must-have jailbreak tweak that synergizes the clipboard between your iPhone or iPad and your personal computer.

With it, you can copy or cut something on your iPhone or iPad and then paste it on your Mac or PC, or vice-versa. It currently incorporates full support for text and partial support for images, but it could be updated with full support for everything in the near future.

iPadSwitcher – FREE

iPadSwitcher is a new and free jailbreak tweak that, as the name implies, ports the iPad’s superior App Switcher user interface to jailbroken iPhones.

The tweak comes with several options to configure for realizing the ideal spacing settings for your particular device.

You can learn more about iPadSwitcher and how it can make multitasking more productive on an iPhone in our full review.

JBStatusNotifier – FREE

Anyone who depends on the Jailbreaks.app signing service to keep their favorite side-loadable jailbreak tool installed will want to install a newly released and free jailbreak tweak called JBStatusNotifier.

This tweak sends the user custom push notifications whenever the Jailbreaks.app certificate becomes revoked or signed. With this, jailbreakers can have a better idea of whether they can get re-jailbroken after a reboot without a computer or not.

Yobun Evolution – $2.00

It’s always nice to have quick and easy access to advanced iPhone or iPad controls, especially when they’re the types of controls that Apple doesn’t normally provide access to on a stock device.

A newly released jailbreak tweak called Yobun Evolution can do this for you. Upon setting an Activator action, you can summon an interface with a series of useful buttons for invoking various actions, whether that’s forcefully quitting all backgrounded apps, clearing your handset’s cache, or something else.
